Sensei Dave Walkley
4th Dan Black Belt
Former National Full Contact Karate Champion


Dave began training in ECKA in 1983 gaining his 1st Dan Black belt in 1987 (grade A-) 2nd Dan in 1989, 3rd Dan (grade A-) in 1994 & 4th Dan in 2010. He also holds blue belts in Judo & Jiu Jitsu & has also trained in Thai Boxing & La Canne (french stick fighting)

He has taught Karate since 1987.

Previously an EKGB qualified instructor

Completed numerous courses with the National Coaching Foundation at University College North Wales & Birmingham University.

Dave is a quailfied First Aider and has a current clear enhanced CRB check.

He teaches at Bewdley & Droitwich & has produced:
2 x National Full Contact Karate Champions
4 x National Light Continuous Contact Karate Champions
Numerous medallists in both Full Contact & Light Continuous Competition
